Annual General Meeting

The AGM for the Friends of Hell Wath was held at Allhallowgate Methodist Church hall on Thursday 23rd January.

Three new Trustees were appointed: Matthew Adamson (previously a co-opted Trustee), John Pearse (previously a co-opted Trustee) and Jane Horton. Together with Katie Scott (Chair) and Carol Leo (Treasurer) these appointments take the Charity up to it’s full complement of five Trustees.

The meeting also approved the Annual Report of the Charity and the Accounts for the previous financial year.
