Annual General Meeting – CHANGE OF DATE!

Venue: Allhallowgate Methodist Church Hall
Time: 7.15p.m.

Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM, but please note only members are able to vote at the meeting.

Existing memberships are valid for this AGM. Membership is normally renewed in August but the Trustees agreed to extend this until the end of January 2025. Membership will be renewed annually by the end of January thereafter. 

The agenda has not been finalised and members can request items for inclusion by contacting the secretary at sec.fohw@gmail.com. We hope to have someone from Plantlife UK to speak at the meeting about the project to improve Hell Wath’s meadows, but this hasn’t been confirmed yet.

There is a vacancy to become a Trustee of the Charity. Any member can stand to be a trustee and if you would like to be considered please make contact with the secretary in advance of the meeting (sec.fohw@gmail.com). Matthew Adamson and John Pearse were co-opted as Trustees last year and will need to be formally elected as Trustees at the AGM. Both Matthew and John have made a significant contribution to the work of the Charity over the past year.
